Our Story:
SERVPRO of Hazleton, Dallas and Harveys Lake opened under Franchise owner John Lazo, in January 2021. Located in Northeastern Pennsylvania the franchise operates from our Hazleton, PA office. Our franchise goal is to provide the best customer service to our customers in the restoration industry. Raised in Northeastern Pennsylvania, John prides himself on a work ethic handed down from his family. NEPA has a reputation of hard working people and what better area to operate a business where we set the standard for excellence. Our franchise has continued to grow every year from day 1 and we look forward to serving you for your residential or commercial needs.

The crew who showed up to clean up our water leak was thorough and professional. The entire staff was absolutely excellent! I had a problem with a water tank and they came out that day to help start the drying process. Amazing staff, very responsive, dependable, friendly, and took care of my home. I would absolutely recommend giving them a call!
Servpro is amazing! After water had been gushing into our basement all night they came in and saved the day! Brittany and her team were so helpful and knowledgeable! They made sure all water was properly cleaned up and there was no chance of future mold growth due to the water damage! They removed all damaged items for us. They worked closely with our insurance company also. Highly recommend Servpro!
