Tony and Matt moved our personal belongings quickly, and checked the property daily until no moisture remained. Only carpet and a small section of ceiling drywall needed to be replaced. So glad these guys were available to help on a weekend. Our situation would have been much worse without them!

Travis and Josh did a thorough carpet cleaning job...we could not be happier with the quality of this job including everything from removing/replacing furniture, protecting walls/furniture, wiping floor area around carpets when complete, and even being nice to our paw babies. You do pay more with SERVPRO; you get what you pay for.
After experiencing an event that distributed residue from a chimney cleaning throughout our entire house, we called on SERVPRO to assist in cleaning our house. This necessitated extensive work, resulting in every wall, ceiling, floor, baseboard, shelf, closet and cabinet being wiped and cleaned, and many of the rugs, draperies, and furniture, as well as many of our clothes, and selected electronics, being cleaned. The HVAC system and ducts also needed cleaning as they were coated with the chimney residue. SERVPRO did a terrific job, using separate teams for the house, furniture and HVAC, and referring us to others for the remaining items. The SERVPRO people were professional, knowledgeable, dedicated, and totally engaged in what turned out to be a ~ 3 week project. SERVPRO of Harrisburg West is owned by Jim and Trish Wall and operated locally. In 2019, the husband and wife duo purchased and opened their first SERVPRO franchise.
