They were very prompt when we called in our time of need when we had water damage in our basement. They worked fast and efficiently, and got us back to where we could fix the water damage very quickly.
SERVPRO did a great job on our house after the water expansion tank burst overnight. Within 24 hours they arrived with a crew of guys, ripped out and removed the damaged baseboard, drywall, carpet and carpet pad, and set up several industrial dehumidifiers. They came back a day later to make sure the moisture levels went down, which they did.
Their estimate was reasonable, and they coordinated the estimate with the insurance company which got the claim paid within a week. I have recommended them to my friends who had water damage and will call them again if I have another water damage problem.

Jim and Trish’s roles as parents and active community members further drives their commitment to serving the needs of homes and businesses in the Harrisburg community.
