SERVPRO is a great company. My basement flooded at the beginning of January and I called SERVPRO and they were able to come the same day, which I was not expecting since it was a busy time due to the amount of snow that melted in a day, everyone was having flooding problems, but SERVPRO squeezed me in and came to service my basement and spent most of the evening extracting and doing the job properly, never felt like they were rushing just to be done. The worker's, Adam & Mandy, were extremely professional and very informational. I have never had flooding and every question I had they had an answer to, so very helpful. They left all the equipment there, dehumidifier and about 10 fans to dry everything out, and came back 2 days later to collect the equipment and they cleaned all the floors and disinfected. I would highly recommend this company and if I ever need service again I will be calling them back! Thank you for all your work!

Owners James Dobson and Andrew and Katie Dobson partnered to be the best restoration specialists in their territories and within the SERVPRO franchise system. Andrew and Katie have two children, their daughter, Quinn and son, Noah. Andrew graduated from Warren G. Harding High School and has a Bachelor of Science degree from Kent State University. Andrew also holds more than 15 certifications with the Institute of Inspection Cleaning & Restoration Certification (IICRC) and has achieved advanced designations in the cleaning industry’s highest technical designation, IICRC Master. Andrew currently holds the following advanced designations: Master Water Restorer (MWR), Master Fire & Smoke Restorer (MSR) and Master Textile Cleaner (MTC). Katie graduated from Champion High School and has a Bachelor of Arts degree with a focus on Communication Studies, Journalism and Visual Design from Kent State University.
