Why Choose SERVPRO for HVAC and Air Vent Service?

Ventilation systems are often the biggest culprit in poor indoor air quality. Make it a priority to inspect the ductwork of your Union City, Fairview, Albion, or surrounding areas home or business.

If your HVAC has been operating for some time without attention, it could be circulating one or more of the following:

  • Dust
  • Pollen
  • Odors
  • Dirt and debris
  • Other contaminants

SERVPRO of Erie and Warren Counties, PA Professionals routinely inspect the heating, ventilation and air conditioning unit (HVAC).  Keeping them clean can extend the life of the equipment. This can in turn save you money and give you cleaner air to breathe.

However, duct cleaning is not always necessary. We will make recommendations about the best way to address any indoor air quality concerns. This can save you money and provide peace of mind on the health of your system.

The benefits of servicing your HVAC unit include:

  • Helps to restore peak energy efficiency.
  • May help to eliminate offensive odors.
  • Helps reduce the potential for mold growth.

Things You Should Know about HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning

First, system access to the duct interiors should be made through existing openings. This could be via:

  • Return grills.
  • Duct end caps.
  • Existing service openings.

Your SERVPRO technician will often begin by breaking contaminants loose from your system, either by hand or using a vacuum, to agitate dirt and dust. This is a basic, but important step in the HVAC cleaning process.

SERVPRO uses a variety of tools and equipment. It might be mounted on a truck, or they may use portable vacuums. Chemicals may also be used to help sanitize, disinfect, and deodorize air ducts.

The entire crew was spectacular. So respectful and took care of us like we were family. So super impressed with the work and clean-up. Highly recommended to anyone that finds themselves in a water or fire crisis.

We chose to work with SERVPRO based off of our previous experience with them, making this our second claim.  They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to answer all of our questions and took very good care of our belongings.

Fairview

I was very pleased that SERVPRO got our place dried out.

TJ Wilson and his partner were phenomenal. A few of my colleagues and I were asked to stay late in our store due to an emergency sewage problem and they helped talk us through with all of the middlemen involved between the parties and clearly explained to us what was expected. Overall, these guys kept it light-hearted and professional and were very personable even though they literally were cleaning up sewage. 10 out of 10 would ask these guys to come back even if they were to only clean out our bathrooms again!
