Silo is our General Manager of SERVPRO Southeast Portland. He has over 30 years experience in commercial and residential cleaning and restoration. Silo has the following IICRC certifications: Water Removal Technician (WTR), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), and Applied Microbial Restoration Technician (AMRT)

Accounts Project Manager

With nearly a decade of experience, Sebastian is a true jack-of-all-trades when it comes to SERVPRO. His expertise spans project management, commercial large loss, reconstruction, estimating, and job bidding. Sebastian takes great pride in his work and always strives to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing Support Coordinator

Miranda brings a wonderful energy with her to work every day. She supports our marketing efforts with creativity, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Her positive attitude and team spirit make her a joy to work with and an important part of our continued growth.

Commercial Accounts Manager

Dominic oversees our commercial division, ensuring that every project—regardless of size or complexity—is managed with professionalism and precision. Having been introduced to the SERVPRO standards from an early age, he brings years of insight and a strong commitment to excellence.

Receptionist

As the newest member of our franchise, Haley has quickly become an integral part of the team, helping ensure the smooth operation of our office. Outside of work, she enjoys creative projects and journaling in her spare time.

Office Coordinator

Alana is a dedicated, customer-focused professional who brings an outgoing and personable approach to her work. Outside of the office, she and her husband run their own comic book company, where she serves as the editor.

Ashly has been a dedicated member of our franchise for 8 years. She has helped manage jobs of all sizes and levels of complexity. When she’s not at work, Ashly enjoys spending quality time with her family and caring for her two daughters.

As our Contents Lead, Maria handles our customers’ personal belongings with the utmost care and attention. When she isn’t working, she enjoys listening to live music or spending relaxing time at home.

Karen is an important part of our field operations team, known for her strong work ethic and dependable nature. She plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly. When she’s not at work, Karen enjoys spending time with her daughter and doing nails as a creative outlet.
