Where do I begin - it started off on a cold, rainy night where all seemed well. My family and I were about to head off to bed, when we heard a loud noise downstairs in the basement. When we went to investigate the strange noise, we were met with a flooded basement! We immediately called Servpro and were greeted by Silo who responded within a moments notice. He had his team out within hours, extracted all of the water, demo’d the walls, and had equipment in place to begin the drying process. He even came back later in the night with hot chocolate and donuts. Can’t believe how seamless of a process this was. 10/10 service & customer experience.
