Silo
Silo is our General Manager of SERVPRO Southeast Salem. He has over 20 years experience in commercial and residential cleaning and restoration. Silo has the following IICRC certifications: Water Removal Technician (WTR), Applied Structural Drying Technician (ASD), and Applied Microbial Restoration Technician (AMRT)
Sebastian
Sebastian has over 5 years of experience in estimating and job bid experience. Starting off with SERVPRO as a technician/auditor he was a perfect fit to advance to Project Manager-Estimator. He's customer service and expertise in the industry is compelling. In his off time he enjoys exploring different cultures and participating in local community development.
Miranda
Miranda is our Marketing Support Coordinator here at SERVPRO Southeast Salem. Her expanding professionalism and customer service skills are a great asset to SERVPRO Southeast Salem. She brings a wonderful energy with her to work everyday.
Dominic
Dominic is our Job File Coordinator. He has many years of customer service and production experience. He enjoys gaming and being with family in his free time.
Naomi
Naomi is our Office Manager. With Naomi's several years of experience and her determination she really keeps us on our feet.
Nicole
Nicole is our Job File Coordinator here at SERVPRO of Southeast Salem. In her free time she enjoys sports, exercise and loves being around people.
Nikki
Nikki is our admin support here at SERVPRO of Southeast Salem. She is very hard working and a great member of our team. In her free time she enjoys being with her fiancé and working with horses.

SERVPRO Southeast Salem did a great job - even dealing with my hectic schedule.
We had a water supply line in the second story wall burst on a Saturday evening during the snows in February. Several inches of water filled the finished basement with some of it pouring through electrical outlets. It was a rough day. SERVPRO was contacted. Silo called back quickly to schedule immediately to come out and assess despite the snow and the fact that it was Saturday night. He even offered to bring us coffee which demonstrated that he understands how people might be feeling when they require SERVPRO services. Overwhelmed is probably the word for it. He showed up, did his assessment, offered some much needed humor, and then gave us an idea of what to expect going forward. Very professional without being impersonal. And so far, he has been the only contractor/service person we've contacted who was willing or able to come out and help. If it weren't for him showing up, we'd still be overwhelmed, searching for any kind of relief. I look forward to continuing to work with Silo and his team as we try and resolve this unforeseen disaster.
SERVPRO gave us a guaranteed answer that everything will be OK. They were on top of everything and had our back. Our girls were scared and they provided toys and encouraging words. We are so grateful for you guys, thank you!
