Very fast, professional, and thorough cleanup of our cold cellar. Previous home owners had turned it into a closet complete with drywall, insulation, and carpet…then there was a bad storm and it flooded. A cold cellar is not a closet!! The SERVPRO team came in and removed the mouldy drywall and cleaned the concrete. I am very happy and relieved it is done.
SERVPRO I just wanted to share that you guys are doing a really, really great job. I would say industry leading standards. I know our job can be difficult at times, but you guys always push through the challenges and deliver every time.

Unfortunately we have had to call on SERVPRO twice now. Each time we have been more than happy with their response time. I called their emergency line and got a call back from Keith almost immediately. He got out of bed and came to see the water damage and we talked about a course of action for remediation. First thing the next day Chris arrived and started the task of removing the water and ensuring everything was put back to pre flood condition once we were dry again. As much as I appreciated everything they did, I hope I never need them again...but if I do, I won't be calling anybody else.
