Hello Everyone, Just had to send a note to ALL of you to say "thanks a lot"! I am very happy with the work completed you are all "Superstars"
Unfortunately we have had to call on SERVPRO twice now. Each time we have been more than happy with their response time. I called their emergency line and got a call back from Keith almost immediately. He got out of bed and came to see the water damage and we talked about a course of action for remediation. First thing the next day Chris arrived and started the task of removing the water and ensuring everything was put back to pre flood condition once we were dry again. As much as I appreciated everything they did, I hope I never need them again...but if I do, I won't be calling anybody else.
Thanks Chris ! Great Job. Feedback from our insured is very positive and they are extremely happy.

Thank you SERVPRO for cleanup and repairs to our home after the fire! Since I have never had an insurance claim I didn't know what the process was. Everyone at SERVPRO was able to assist me every step of the way, from the first day and boarding up the windows, to the clean up and removal of burnt items, all my contents, and the repairs (which look great). Thank you.

They workers did an excellent job and we were surprised that it was finished so quick.
