I had an excellent experience with the Eduardo and Martha SERVPRO team after our basement flood. They worked tirelessly for approximately 13 hours straight and completed the removal of all the damaged materials in a single day. Once the demolition was finished, they immediately installed fans and dehumidifiers to begin drying the basement. The entire team was professional, courteous, and incredibly hardworking. They answered all of my questions, addressed every concern I had, and made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. After having inexperienced repair work done through insurance in Stratford, we opted to go with a contractor outside of Stratford upon the 2nd ice damming event. ServPro calmed my nerves, made me feel reassured that all necessary work would get done. We opted for a local roofer and ServPro completed the inside repairs. They did a phenomenal job. Super clean work, Insulated around the Window (which the Window guy never did). Just real, professional work. Highly recommend Reza and his team for any contracting work you might need.
