I had the pleasure of using SERVPRO of Edmond during a water leak in my wall.
The first visit by Calvin and his now dismissed helper was terrific. It was late on Saturday night and they came with a cheerful attitude and extreme respect for my wife and children who were already asleep. Even with the noise of pulling apart the baseboards and carpet they kept as quiet as they could and never once allowed a door to close harshly. Calvin was very informative and pleasant.
The second trip was made by Miguel. He maintained the same friendliness and professionalism established by Calvin.

December 9, 2022, I came home to water spraying all over my master bathroom. The supply line to the toilet had broken loose, and ended up flooding 3/4 of our flooring. I called insurance that night, and they started the mitigation process. On December 12, SERVPRO sent Chase, Sam and Steven to begin the hard work of tearing out carpet and vinyl plank flooring. These guys worked for 5+ hours working and placing 27 fans and dehumidifiers all over our house. They were professional and understanding. We were overwhelmed and frustrated, but very happy with the quick and thorough attention they gave to our crisis. This part of the whole process was by far the easiest for us. Thank you for the great work.
I had an unfortunate emergency 1/17/23 when a pipe burst inside an interior wall of my laundry room. SERVPRO came out the same day (within a couple hours of call), for which I am grateful. I am most grateful for the team they sent to my aid, Chase, Tyler, and Trey. They were so polite, patient with all my (repeated) questions, and worked very diligently!!!! They were very professional and so courteous...it was a very stressful day for me, and they made me feel like they really cared about my circumstance and about my home. Greg and his team did a fantastic job when we had a water leak inside our wall which resulted in mold in our hot water heater closet. My husband is immune compromised and we had to move out of the house for 3 weeks while the house was cleaned because of mold spores throughout the house. The crew made sure things were cleaned thoroughly taking their time and explaining exactly what was being done. They made a stressful time much easier. Would definitely call them again if needed. Greg was always available to speak with and would either text or call back right a way. Great team to have in a stressful situation!!

I highly recommend SERVPRO Edmond. We had a toilet in our office flood overnight when no one was there. Fred and his workers came out the same day the flood was detected they were incredibly professional and friendly. They gave an accurate estimate and continued to check on the dryers when needed. I had tons of questions since I was offsite and they were always very responsive and helpful.
They were really good. On time, picked up things when they said they would. The team is really nice and quick. Cleaned my carpets after the water damage to the downstairs floors.
