SERVPRO of Edmond

Our toilet overflowed and sewage ended up in our bathroom and hallway, turning into a much larger project than we ever expected. Thankfully, Servpro of Edmond was there every step of the way. What started as a cleanup ultimately became a remodel, and the entire construction team was fantastic to work with. Calvin handled our bid and worked directly with our insurance adjuster, which made the process so much easier and less stressful. Communication was excellent, the workmanship was top-notch, and everyone on the team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. Hands down, this is the best team we have ever worked with. We would not use anyone else. Servpro of Edmond rocks!

My refrigerator leaked where the ice maker connects to the wall. The leak had been going on for several months before I realized it. It soaked the drywall all the way across behind the cabinets which in turn caused everything to be replaced, black mold had formed in the wall from the leak. Servpro did my mitigation and construction. They did an amazing job!! I was so impressed how they handled everything with my insurance and adjuster. This Servpro is the best team to work with. I am posting pictures!! I had a dated color of goldish granite and I was able to change the color during this process was very pleased with the outcome! I wouldn't use anyone else except Servpro of Edmond!!

We had a leak in our kitchen from a refrigerator leak that ended up causing more damage than we expected, and Servpro of Edmond handled everything incredibly well. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire process.

Excellent service! The crew came the night of the water tank failure and worked until 4:30 am. Every other process went smoothly and in a timely manner and everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and great representatives of Servpro.

This is being written a little late, but this last fall I had a water leak and Servepro did the mitigation and remodel. My remodel contractor was Ronnie. He and his crew did an absolutely amazing job. I absolutely love the bathroom that they built. They replaced all of my floors in the entire house and remodeled the bathroom in about four week. Ronnie was very patient, quick to return messages, and explained everything very well. I really believe he and his crew went above and beyond to provide the best service. Highly recommend Servepro.

This was my first commercial claim and Ronnie was wonderful to work with. He explained the process clearly and kept me up to speed with the adjuster’s instructions. The work was completed quickly and extremely efficiently. The crew was always on time and friendly. I could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
