We recently used SERVPRO of Central Tulsa when the hot water heater in our Master Bathroom failed, flooding both the bathroom and Master Bedroom. What a mess! One of the most scary and difficult circumstances when there is a loss is dealing with the insurance company. The greatest thing about David and his crew handling my loss was that they were such an advocate for me with the insurance company. We had a water leak under the slab. The damage was confined to our master bed/bath. We tried to get the carpet dry ourselves, but the area was too large so we called SERVPRO on a Sunday afternoon. David said he would be here in 30 minutes--and he was. He called in his troops and soon there were fans and dehumidifiers working. We requested that masks be worn in our house. Every worker who came into our house wore a mask without us asking. A day or two later they brought in a packing team who boxed up everything. They brought in a portable storage unit and moved furniture & boxes into it. They also brought in a team to remove the damaged bathroom cabinets. Every single day someone came (except Thanksgiving Day because we told them not to come) to measure the progress of the drying. They were on time every day. They knew what to do and they had people to do it. Everyone was very respectful to us and to our property. SERVPRO dealt with the insurance adjusters--all the logging and documentation the insurance required. We highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who has a home disaster.
We used SERVPRO for our personal residence as well a business loss. David and his team are very professional and easy to work with. David goes the extra mile to take care of all the details in order to keep things running while they are doing their job.
My parents house flooded in May of 2019. Water
was inside the house up to 4 feet high. It took
several days for the water to get completely out of
the house. By the time the water was completely
gone there was mold all over the sheetrock.
Everything was removed all the way to the ceilings.
Once all of the carpet, sheetrock, and insulation were
all removed from the house, SERVPRO came in and
dried the house completely out. this took several
days and SERVPRO stayed on top of the situation.
Once the house was completely dry, SERVPRO
performed mold remediation by sealing all of the
wood and then performing a fog job to prevent any
future growth.
SERVPRO was professional and completely thorough in
their service. The house is completely remodeled
and we have experienced no issues whatsoever.

What a great experience during a bad situation. I had water damage and mold in three different rooms. I had no idea of what to do. A friend suggested that I contact SERVPRO. David and his team were very helpful and took care of everything. Hopefully I won't need their help again, but if I do, they will be the only ones I will be calling.
