They cleaned and spot treated carpeting after a tenant moved out of our rental in preparation for listing the house on the market. They also cleaned the intake vent of the furnace which had not been cleaned for several years. It was great work, and both of their technicians were prompt, efficient, and respectful. I will definitely use them again.

My parents house flooded in May of 2019. Waterwas inside the house up to 4 feet high. It tookseveral days for the water to get completely out ofthe house. By the time the water was completelygone there was mold all over the sheetrock.Everything was removed all the way to the ceilings.Once all of the carpet, sheetrock, and insulation wereall removed from the house, SERVPRO came in anddried the house completely out. this took severaldays and SERVPRO stayed on top of the situation.Once the house was completely dry, SERVPROperformed mold remediation by sealing all of thewood and then performing a fog job to prevent anyfuture growth.SERVPRO was professional and completely thorough intheir service. Called them for advice on how to handle a carpet disaster I had. I was painting a room at my house and dumped paint all over my new carpet. I was in a panic. Called just to find out what to do to fix this bad situation. They told me not to anything because I would make it much worse which I was. They sent a crew out in no time and brought in their equipment and jumped on it and took care of it. They even followed up and back just to check up on it and do another cleaning a second time. I didn't know what to do but they did. Leave that to the experts. I would highly recommend them.

We recently used SERVPRO of Central Tulsa when the hot water heater in our Master Bathroom failed, flooding both the bathroom and Master Bedroom. What a mess! David's team was quickly dispatched and were at our house in less than an hour (we live in Claremore)! Project Manager Jonathan hastily ensured the water was extracted and drying equipment was up and running. In the days that followed, each SERVPRO professional that entered our home were courteous, respectful and diligent in their work. From pack out, demo, remodeling, unpacking and also dealing with our insurance company, we couldn't have been more pleased!! When they were finished our house looked better than before the water loss!! These are highly skilled, professional, and honest people and we would not hesitate to use them again. One of the most scary and difficult circumstances when there is a loss is dealing with the insurance company.
