One of the most scary and difficult circumstances when there is a loss is dealing with the insurance company. The greatest thing about David and his crew handling my loss was that they were such an advocate for me with the insurance company. I felt that I was well represented and I was able to get everything I could from my insurance.
They cleaned and spot treated carpeting after a tenant moved out of our rental in preparation for listing the house on the market. They also cleaned the intake vent of the furnace which had not been cleaned for several years. It was great work, and both of their technicians were prompt, efficient, and respectful. I will definitely use them again.
I was bringing my critically ill child home from the hospital and needed my house as clean as possible. SERVPRO came out with short notice and did an excellent job! Thank you SERVPRO!

We had a water leak under the slab. The damage was confined to our master bed/bath. We tried to get the carpet dry ourselves, but the area was too large so we called SERVPRO on a Sunday afternoon. David said he would be here in 30 minutes--and he was. He called in his troops and soon there were fans and dehumidifiers working. We requested that masks be worn in our house. Every worker who came into our house wore a mask without us asking. A day or two later they brought in a packing team who boxed up everything. They brought in a portable storage unit and moved furniture & boxes into it. They also brought in a team to remove the damaged bathroom cabinets. Every single day someone came (except Thanksgiving Day because we told them not to come) to measure the progress of the drying. They were on time every day. They knew what to do and they had people to do it. Everyone was very respectful to us and to our property. SERVPRO dealt with the insurance adjusters--all the logging and documentation the insurance required. We highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone who has a home disaster.
