Things You Should Know about HVAC & Air Duct Cleaning

First, system access to the duct interiors should be made through existing openings. This could be via: 

  • Return grills. 
  • Duct end caps. 
  • Existing service openings.

Outstanding response, outstanding customer service, everything you could ask for in a home emergency situation. We had a high pressure pipe burst in our basement, soaking a large storage shelf area and leaving 1"-2" of standing water in half the finished basement. SERVPRO of the North Coast was our second call (after a plumber!) and they were here with a full crew in a little over an hour. They went right to work and stayed with it until the standing water was gone and water-damaged items were inspected and removed to their truck. Dehumidifiers and fans were installed throughout the basement and over the next five days (weekend included!) they came and checked the basement and made necessary adjustments.
