After our dog was sprayed by a skunk, we reached out to Servpro for help, and we’re so glad we did. I spoke with Jacqueline, who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She stayed in touch regularly and was very accessible throughout the entire process. Jacqueline was also incredibly accommodating, working around both my wife’s and my schedule to make things as convenient as possible. The team that came out to perform the fogging service was professional, courteous, and efficient. They made a frustrating situation much easier to deal with. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Servpro again if I ever need their services in the future. Highly recommend!
