From the very beginning with speaking with the office, Christian The office manager, and then speaking with Freddy, the manager on site, I was treated respectfully and very professionally. They came. I have worked with Christian and Freddy three times over the last two years. They are fantastic. They are very responsive at all hours and days. They have come quickly within 24 hours but also when I need to schedule around my work schedule. Both times they have done major clean up-throwing out heavy flooring and removing layers of mud until you can see the white walls again. And I really like that they leave the dehumidifier machines until I feel like it is dry. They also spray a cleaning agent that gets rid of mold and mildew which has saved us from more expensive remediation efforts. It is also great that they are very friendly and stay in good humor despite having to go from one disaster to the next.
