Cynthia has been an integral part of SERVPRO Team Allen for over 11 years, currently serving as the Director of Operations. In her role, she oversees and manages daily logistics to ensure that projects remain on track and within budget, while also supervising the project team. Her leadership is crucial to our success and efficiency.

As Director of Construction at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn, Amit has earned the critical NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. He is also IICRC certified in water damage restoration (WRT), fire and smoke (FSRT), odor control (OCT), and ASD-applied structural drying. He has been on Team Allen since 2017. He Amit has over 25 years of construction experience that provides exceptional guidance for our build-back services. He is involved with the UMA—United Madrassi Association to help better the community. He volunteers at homeless shelters. Amit lives in Queens, is a cricket club member, and enjoys bike riding, swimming, and his family.

Angelica is our dedicated Office Manager at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn, and she excels in her role. Her keen organizational skills play a crucial part in keeping our operations running smoothly, allowing our crews and office staff to maximize productivity. By ensuring that all job files are meticulously maintained and readily accessible, she helps streamline communication and facilitates efficient workflows, ultimately leading to faster project completion and enhanced customer satisfaction.

Angelica cherishes her time away from the office, especially when it comes to her family. Living in Brooklyn, she enjoys exploring the local neighborhoods, discovering hidden gems, and making lasting memories with her loved ones. Whether it's a fun outing in a nearby park or a cozy family dinner at home, Angelica’s commitment to both her work and her family showcases her ability to balance her responsibilities with joy and warmth.

Gerrianne is the CMO at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn with over 20 years in sales and marketing. She helps clients recover from fire, water, and mold damage, restoring properties to preloss condition. Skilled in sales strategy, team leadership, and marketing, she’s a member of IFMA, NAWIC, and Gotham Organization. Passionate about supporting commercial property owners, Gerrianne provides fast solutions to minimize business disruptions. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, museums, and the beach.

Kerri is a dedicated administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn, having joined the team in 2024. Her organizational skills and positive attitude make her a fantastic addition to Team Allen. Kerri plays a pivotal role in coordinating the efforts of the office staff, sales team, and production crews, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Beyond her professional contributions, Kerri is actively involved in her community through the Women's Auxiliary with the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Her commitment to service and support for veterans reflects her caring nature and dedication to helping others.

Residing in Brooklyn, Kerri enjoys spending her free time outdoors, where she finds joy in fishing and participating in 5K walk/runs. These activities not only keep her active but also allow her to connect with nature and her local community. Kerri's vibrant personality and dedication to both her work and personal interests truly make her a valuable member of the SERVPRO family.

Cesar Chai is a Project Manager and highly skilled restoration expert at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn, where he has been making a significant impact since joining the team in 2021. With over six years of experience in the restoration industry, Cesar has developed an unparalleled level of expertise that his clients have come to rely on. He holds the Water Damage Restoration (WRT) certification from the IICRC, which demonstrates his comprehensive knowledge of water damage restoration techniques and best practices. In addition to this, he is also a certified Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT) and has successfully completed training in Lead Abatement, further solidifying his qualifications and ability to handle a variety of restoration challenges.

Cesar takes immense pride in his work, meticulously attending to every detail to ensure that his clients are not just satisfied but truly delighted with the services he provides. His dedication to quality is evident in his thorough approach, whether he’s assessing damage, developing restoration plans, or executing the necessary repairs. This commitment to excellence has earned him a reputation as a trusted professional in the industry, respected by both colleagues and clients alike.

When he’s not on the job, Cesar enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends in the vibrant Borough of Brooklyn. He values these moments, whether they involve exploring local attractions, trying new restaurants, or simply relaxing at home with loved ones.

Eric is a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2020. He has several more years of restoration and construction experience that makes him a great contributor to Team Allen. Eric is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration (WRT), applied microbial remediation (AMRT), and NY State Mold Abatement. He resides in East Flatbush, helps with food drives and pantry efforts and likes sports and going out with friends.

As a Lead Technician, Walter holds certifications from the IICRC in both Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), demonstrating his commitment to high standards of professional excellence. Walter has been an integral part of Team Allen's SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2021, bringing with him over five years of hands-on experience in the restoration industry. During his tenure, Walter has proven himself to be a skilled and reliable leader, showcasing expertise in handling a wide range of restoration projects.

Ricardo has been with SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2023, where he serves as a lead technician. With six years of hands-on restoration experience, he is IICRC-certified in both water damage restoration (WRT) and Crime & Trauma Scene cleanup, demonstrating his commitment to professionalism and expertise in the field. Originally from Staten Island, Ricardo enjoys spending his free time playing and watching football, diving into video games, and cherishing moments with his family. His passion for his work and love for his hobbies make him a valuable asset to the team and a dedicated member of the community.

As a Reconstruction Technician, Giuseppe has been an integral part of our construction department at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2023. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in construction and build-back projects, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Team Allen, enhancing our ability to deliver top-notch services to our clients.

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 and is the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn. He is Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT) certified. Tom also has confined space training. His restoration experience extends back several more years, and he was in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF. He is an Air Force Veteran who enjoys doing charity work for the Knights of Columbus and Veterans of Foreign War (VFW.) In his free time, he exits his Brooklyn home and enjoys fishing and going to the beach.

Juan is a dedicated production technician for Team Allen's SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn restoration franchise. With ECTP training in Tech 100 and 200, he brings over eight years of restoration experience to the team. Since joining in 2023, Juan has proven himself to be a reliable team player, leveraging his three years of prior experience as a construction worker. Residing in New York, Juan cherishes the spring season, which he enjoys spending with his family. His passions include playing baseball, fishing, and exploring new places through travel.

Diego has been a dedicated Production Technician at SERVPRO of Northwest Brooklyn since 2023, bringing enthusiasm and a strong work ethic to every project he undertakes. He has successfully completed our in-house Employee Certification Training Program (ECTP), demonstrating his commitment to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. As a valuable member of Team Allen, Walther collaborates effectively with his colleagues, always willing to lend a helping hand and share his expertise.

Outside of work, Walther enjoys swimming and hitting the gym, making the most of his time in New York. His active lifestyle not only keeps him fit but also helps him maintain the energy and focus needed for his demanding role at SERVPRO. Whether he's tackling a challenging restoration job or enjoying a day at the pool, Walther's determination and positive attitude shine through.

As Commercial Sales & Marketing Representative for SERVPRO Team Allen, Suzanne leverages her extensive local knowledge, professional experience, and strong community connections to help businesses and property owners.
