I am writing this letter to thank all of those responsible for the coordination, supervision and implementation of the restoration performed at the Young Israel of Hollis Hills-Windsor Park.
As you know, the project involved drying and cleaning the areas affected, repairing the ceiling, painting, and putting the "finishing touches" on the walls, pews and carpeting. The job was coordinated quickly, efficiently, reassuringly and with negligible inconvenience. We are very grateful to Robert Citrangola and those with whom he works.
Due to the major water damage to multiple floors of our office, my team and I were in fear of extended periods of interruption to our business. We contacted the SERVPRO team and they came to the scene immediately, working efficiently to get us back to operating at regular hours. A+ job all around.
During a freezing cold night a pipe broke in my Apartment and I suffered from a large water damage . My Unit was devastated I called SERVPRO of Midtown Manhattan and they responded very promptly. The crew worked throughout the night cleaned up all the of the water and placed drying equipment throughout the affected area. The SERVPRO team handled all of the insurance issues for me and made it truly a stress free experience.
