Federico Viveros headed up my wonderful Servpro team. He was prompt, diligent and caring. Easy to reach out to 24/7. He used technology for limiting water damage and mold as best he could. I would call him again in an instant!
We had a burst pipe which completely flooded and destroyed two levels in our house. The team came within half an hour of my call, took one look at my insurance documents and got cranking. I always felt in good hands. They managed expectations well and I felt I was listened to. In fact, several representatives kept asking how I was doing in all the mess. I am glad (regardless of circumstances) I was able to experience the team as a customer. They did a great job.
