When my mom's basement flooded, I was so overwhelmed , but SERVPRO made an incredibly stressful situation so much easier to get through. I can't say enough about Mike Filano. He was absolutely amazing, calling and texting regularly to keep me updated, answering all of my questions, and helping me every step of the way. Even though I was trying to coordinate everything for my mom, Mike always made me feel like we were in good hands. His communication and kindness truly put my mind at ease.
