SERVPRO of Greater Smithtown

SERVPRO of Greater Smithtown’s longstanding and continued success is largely attributed to direct owner involvement and commitment to maintaining and growing the company’s reputation in the local area. Owner Michael Falino's commitment to excellence and service in the community overtly shows the franchise's seriousness regarding its obligation to its clients. Crews are professional and knowledgeable in their respective jobs, and under Michael's guidance, take care of clients with understanding during the most trying of times.

Our IICRC production managers and crew chiefs have combined over 20 years of experience. We pride ourselves on good customer service and best practices in damage restoration. Michael brings extensive experience developing efficient systems; he had great success in the mortgage industry, and approaches restoration services with the same efficiency.

Being Present for Our Neighbors

We give back to the community by supporting various charities, such as the American Red Cross and the American Cancer Society, and by involvement in the Smithtown Chamber of Commerce. We want to give back to the communities that supported us and align our values with those of our neighbors. This sense of community adds to Smithtown's unique character and beauty, along with one-of-a-kind landmarks like the famous Smithtown Bull statue or the Town Hall and Library.
