Following an extensive mold remediation, we again contracted with ServPro (The Allen Team) to do the reconstruction of our basement (having full confidence in their talent/experience and that they cared for our home as though it was their own). Fortunately we again had an excellent team of support, both on the office end - from the scheduling and managing of the project by the very professional, Kerri McGarry, along with the Serv Pro foreman: Amit Persuad & his talented team. They were extremely thorough, answered our questions and concerns, the team showed up on-time, left our basement/driveway cleaned at the end of each day, and most importantly, did a fantastic job.We would highly recommend ServPro of Bay Ridge (Team Allen).

Cesar, the project manager was always available for any questions I had whether it was in person or messages on his cell. I’m very pleased with the work they did.
