For over 11 years, Cynthia has been a key member of SERVPRO Team Allen. Now as Director of Operations, she skillfully manages daily logistics, keeps projects on time and within budget, and leads her team with unwavering dedication. Her leadership is the backbone of our success and efficiency!

Amit, the Director of Construction joined Team Allen in 2017, he quickly earned the important NY State Mold Supervisor Certification. His qualifications include IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Fire and Smoke Restoration (FSRT), Odor Control (OCT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). With over 25 years of experience in construction, Amit brings a wealth of knowledge to our build-back services. He is actively involved with the United Madrassi Association (UMA), supporting community improvement efforts, and he volunteers at homeless shelters to help distribute meals. Residing in Queens, Amit is a member of a cricket club and enjoys biking, swimming, and spending quality time with his family.

Terri joined the SERVPRO of Bay Ridge Team Allen office as the Human Resource Administrator in March 2023. With over 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Terri made a bold career change, bringing her wealth of knowledge and commitment to building a positive workplace culture. She is dedicated to supporting employees and creating a nurturing environment. Outside of work, Terri enjoys relaxing walks along the boardwalk in Rockaway, NY, and cherishes time with her two grown children.

Angelica is our Office Manager at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge and does a great job. She keeps things organized, and our crews and office staff can maximize production. When not working, she loves spending time with her family in Brooklyn.

Gerrianne, CMO of SERVPRO of Bay Ridge, brings over 20 years in sales and marketing to help clients restore properties from fire, water, and mold damage. Skilled in sales strategy, team leadership, and lead generation, she’s active in IFMA, NAWIC, and the Gotham Organization. Gerrianne is committed to providing commercial clients swift solutions to minimize disruption. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, museums, and the beach.

Anthony has been the Accounts Receivable / Payable office worker at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge since 2023. He is QuickBooks certified and also a notary public. He lives in Kew Gardens and enjoys reading, traveling, and leading meditation groups.

Kerri, an administrative assistant at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge since 2024, is a terrific addition to Team Allen. She helps coordinate office staff, sales staff, and production crews. Kerri is involved in the Women's Auxiliary with the Knights of Columbus and the VFW. She lives in Brooklyn and spends time fishing and 5K walk / runs.

Cesar Chai, Project Manager and skilled restoration expert, has been with SERVPRO of Bay Ridge since 2021. With over six years of experience in the restoration industry, Cesar's expertise is unmatched. He has also earned the WRT water damage certification from the IICRC, which is a testament to his extensive knowledge and expertise. He is also a certified Mold Remediation Technician (AMRT) and Lead Abatement. Cesar takes great pride in his work and pays close attention to every detail to ensure his clients are delighted with his services. Cesar enjoys spending time with his family and friends in the beautiful Borough of Brooklyn in his free time.

Since 2020, Eric has served as a Project Manager at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge, leveraging his extensive experience in restoration and construction to be a key member of Team Allen. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT), Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), and New York State Mold Abatement. Outside of work, Eric resides in East Flatbush, where he assists with local food drives and pantry initiatives. In his free time, he enjoys sports and spending time with friends.

John is one of the newest and most promising members of Team Allen at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge. Since joining in 2023, he has quickly advanced from Technician to Lead Technician. With a valuable plumbing background, John tackles challenges with ease and adaptability, making him a key asset to our team. In his free time, John enjoys connecting with friends and family, unwinding at the beach, and immersing himself in his passion for gaming.

Walter has been an essential Lead Technician of Team Allen's SERVPRO of Bay Ridge, since 2021. With more than five years of experience in the restoration field, he has developed into a trusted expert, offering a high level of skill and knowledge. Walter holds certifications from the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), including Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT), ensuring that his work meets top industry standards. His expertise not only boosts the team's performance but also makes him a respected leader. Outside of work, Walter resides in Staten Island, where he enjoys spending time with his community.

Ricardo has been with SERVPRO of Bay Ridge since 2023 and is a lead technician. He has 6 years of restoration experience and is IICRC-certified in water damage restoration (WRT) and Crime & Trauma Scene. Ricardo hails from Staten Island and enjoys playing and watching football and video games and being around his family.

Giuseppe has worked as a Reconstruction Technician in our construction department at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge since 2023. His over 20 years of construction and build-back experience make him a valuable addition to Team Allen. Giuseppe enjoys walking around the city and baking cakes at home in Brooklyn.

Tom joined Team Allen in March 2023 as the Asset Supervisor for SERVPRO of Bay Ridge. In this role, he oversees restoration projects, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality service during challenging times. Tom holds certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Fire Restoration (FSRT), equipping him with the expertise needed to handle a variety of restoration situations. Additionally, he has received specialized training in confined space operations, enhancing his skill set for safe and effective project management.

With several years of experience in the restoration industry, Tom has developed a deep understanding of the processes and techniques involved in returning properties to their pre-loss conditions. Before his current position, he proudly served in the Civil Engineer Squadron of the USAF, where he honed his problem-solving skills and attention to detail while working on critical infrastructure projects.

As an Air Force Veteran, Tom is passionate about giving back to his community. He actively participates in charitable work with organizations such as the Knights of Columbus and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW), where he helps support fellow veterans and local initiatives.

When he’s not working or volunteering, Tom loves to escape the hustle and bustle of his Brooklyn home. He finds joy in fishing and spending leisurely days at the beach, where he can unwind and connect with nature.

Juan is a production technician for Team Allen's SERVPRO of Bay Ridge restoration franchise. He is ECTP-trained as a Tech 100 & 200 with over 8 years of restoration background. Juan has been a team player since 2023 and has three years of construction worker experience. He lives in New York and loves spending springtime with his family, playing baseball, fishing, and traveling.

Diego has been a production technician at SERVPRO of Bay Ridge since 2023. He has completed our in-house ECTP training and is a hard-working Team Allen player. Walther enjoys swimming and going to the gym and resides in New York.
