Alonzo and Jared did an OUTSTANDING job taking care of our duct cleaning today. They were not only polite and organized but they explained all of their work before they did it, while they did it, and after made sure to show me the results. I hired Servpro to clean a hordinh situation for a relative in my family. It has been an extremely wonderful experience to work with this company. I spoke with Mike first who said he would stop by the condo to give me an estimate. He was polite, friendly, and explained the process to me so that I understood everything. Mike met me at the condo the day the cleaning began. He introduced me to the team that would be working on the condo. I met Lorenzo,Joe, Christian, Gary and Zion. Lorenzo walked me through each room to check and list what was to be saved.
