Alonzo and Jared did an OUTSTANDING job taking care of our duct cleaning today. They were not only polite and organized but they explained all of their work before they did it, while they did it, and after made sure to show me the results. They left the place cleaner than before they arrived and took great care of our home while they worked in it. They made themselves easy to ask questions to and accommodated any of our needs. I hired Servpro to clean a hordinh situation for a relative in my family. It has been an extremely wonderful experience to work with this company. I spoke with Mike first who said he would stop by the condo to give me an estimate. He was polite, friendly, and explained the process to me so that I understood everything. Mike met me at the condo the day the cleaning began. He introduced me to the team that would be working on the condo. I met Lorenzo,Joe, Christian, Gary and Zion. Lorenzo walked me through each room to check and list what was to be saved. Throughout the process, Lorenzo had an open line of communication with me, checking with me if he was unsure of removing an item in the condo. I feel like I hit the lottery with Lorenzo and his team. They were absolutely tremendous.. Lorenzo kept me informed of their progress.daily.I highly recommend Servpro to meet any of your cleaning needs , especially Lorenzo, Christian, Gary and Zion.
