Where do I begin? SERVPRO came out within a few hours of a devastating flood to my new (new to me within 5 days) home. Ryan was understanding, empathetic, and explained the process when I could barely process my thoughts. Over the course of the next 5 days, the team came out and worked hard to ensure that the damage stopped there. At the completion of the work, there were a few loose ends. I was put in touch with Mike who was communicative, responsive and PERSONALLY ensured that the job closed with me feeling 100% comfortable. I hope I never need them again; but in any emergency I would never trust anyone else here forward. Thank you, SERVPRO!!!

I would like to thank SERVPRO of Cherry Hill/Haddonfield for promptly responding to a water disaster that occurred in my rental property here in South Jersey. They were onsite within the hour. They pulled up the carpet and the padding. They then sprayed a "hospital grade" anti-microbial disinfectant. When they were done, they set up their large dehumidifiers and a number of air handlers in a very short period of time. I am happy to report that we were able to get the unit cleaned up, repaired, and "rent ready" before the next reservation arrived. I cannot say enough about their professionalism, their sense of urgency, and their overall competency. We had a Bad storm, blow down a tree onto our condo.  Our Windows were damaged,  Shingles and Roof decking were damaged, Rain water poured into our property.

I contacted SERVPRO of Cherry Hill/Haddonfield and they provided Emergency services, along with Clean up, and Restoration build back services.

I was very satisfied after the cleaning and restoration services.

Recently my entire basement flooded and I had major water damage to my carpeting, tile, paneling, drywall, furniture and personal belongings. SERVPRO of Cherry Hill/Haddonfield  came immediately and began extracting water. The owner accompanied the crew and they quickly put together a plan. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The crew was like a well-oiled machine and treated my basement as if it was their own home. After the water was extracted they set up numerous fans and dehumidifiers to begin the drying out process. Meanwhile, the Production manager spent time with me explaining the entire process and what would happen over the next several days. Then he was on the phone arranging other services I would need . Before long he had everything coordinated with the various contractors, as well as my insurance adjuster. The damage was devastating, but SERVPRO had everything under control immediately. I highly recommend them and am extremely pleased with their professionalism and their customer oriented service!

Keep screening to get good personally like the team that worked our problem. The team has done an excellent job and communicated very effectively to help us understand the process and timing our tear out and clean up.

The SERVPRO crew from Cherry Hill/ Haddonfield New Jersey was amazing. Our basement flooded with sewage during the big “gust wind storm” last summer when our whole block flooded. Not only were these guys super friendly and responsive, they explained exactly what needed to be done and then they got the job done quickly and painlessly.
