I called the Aberdeen location and spoke with Bill who has been a pleasure to deal with. Kent came out and explained everything to me before they began to open my ceiling. They needed to dry everything out, and so for the next few days, I had blowers drying everything out. Kent came each day to check on the progress. They left no mess behind and were very professional.

Thank you for all of your help cleaning up the water damage in our closet after our shower leaked. The team was great in keeping the area clean and usable so we did not lose our whole bathroom. With two teenage boys my wife did not want to share with them!

We worked side by side with the crew of Kent, Billy, Kevin and Greg for over a month and can attest to the fact that they were professional, reliable, respectful and skilled.  They made what had originally seemed impossible and overwhelming to us, a very doable project.

Kent, as the crew leader, was the perfect point person.  He explained clearly what would happen and when, such as how quickly a room would need to be emptied.   He also explained why certain rooms had to be done first (to minimize water damage).  Then, he and his crew were with us every step of the way doing the heavy lifting as well as advising.  When we needed pods, dumpsters, plumber and contractor information, Kent was there.  He always let us know that we were under no obligation to use any of the vendors that he recommended and we appreciated that.  However, since we trust his judgment, we did use them and they have all been top notch as well!   

Finally, and maybe most importantly, was the fact that they did all this with such kindness.  Kent said, of his job, that he meets lots of great people in tough situations.  He also empathized with us, saying that he could imagine how he, himself, would feel if his house was flooded and people were going through his possessions.  It was this high level of caring that demonstrated that we, as well as our home and possessions, were in very good hands.  

We will absolutely highly recommend SERVPRO to our family and friends!
