After the source of the odor is removed, it’s important to thoroughly clean surfaces to deodorize them effectively. If not properly cleaned, tiny particles of the odor-causing residues will continue to smell.
Recreate the Conditions That Caused Odor Penetration
We apply deodorizer in a method similar to how the odor-causing substances originally penetrated a surface. If smoke created the smell, for instance, deodorizing smoke or fog might be most effective.

Lathe and the team did a great job with my home. We just thought a nice deep spring cleaning was needed we have 3 kids and a dog so why not have a clean. Brian was absolutely amazing to work with. We came in under budget and are so happy to have the water damaged items removed after a storm caused a power outage which left our sump pump not working. They not only did an amazing job with their work but they gave me suggestions on who to talk to about the other issues we were having in our basement. Jesse and team did great work in removing the items and also explained everything. I hope we never need this service again but if we do, I wouldn't choose anyone else and know help is a phone call away.
