Tanya and Brian Carlson, owners of SERVPRO of Winston Salem North, graduated from Columbus State University. Brian with a Bachelor of Science and Tanya received a Bachelor of the Arts in Education. In 2009, after a few years in their respective fields, they loaded their 2 children into the car and moved to Winston Salem, North Carolina. 

On little more than perseverance, dedication and a working knowledge of the "Drying Science," they opened the doors to SERVPRO of Winston Salem North. Over the years, through various resources available at SERVPRO Headquarters, mentoring programs from the trainer ship, and a multitude of classes from the IICRC, Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, hard work and due diligence improved their ability to serve the community in the restoration field. A dynamic team would follow. 

Tanya and Brian, a wife and husband team, laid the groundwork for what would truly become a family business. Our office assistant and a production technician are wife and husband, the sales manager has two sons working here, a production technician and the sales manager both served on active duty in the military in combat roles, making them brothers-in-arms and three of our helpers are related to one another. So when we come to your house and say that we will treat you like family, it is not an exaggeration. Our small business continues to break goals and grow at an alarming pace and it is directly related to the work environment we foster as well as the team work oriented goals we strive towards. 

Solidifying their roots, The Carlson's oldest daughter became a Spartan this year as she attends UNCG. Brian and Tanya hope to instill in their clients that when SERVPRO of Winston Salem North come to your house, just like a Spartan, we will fight for your house.
