Had a dishwasher leak and serve pro was return ed my call with in the hour. Oger (manager) was quick to come out to assess the situation and get what was needed. Juan, Josue, Angel and Daniel set up the drying pads quickly explained everything along the way. They came by daily to check the readings and when the time was right removed the equipment. The office staff was also great, called and gave us time frames for when they would arrive daily and they were actually right on target. We would recommend them highly Cathy and John Kyne .

My experience was great. Everyone was professional and easy to work with. Oger, Juan, Jose, Angel, Daniel and Franky were all excellent.

This is the second time we’ve used Serve pro for water issues on hard wood floors. Oger, Juan, Daniel, and Josue were all extremely friendly. They were quick to respond and detail oriented with the entire process. Their equipment is also great. They helped save our floors from major damage the second time around after calling them immediately. The first time, they were just as efficient but because a faucet had been left running for 4hrs, the damage was a lot more complicated. They handled everything with our insurance. Thankfully our house has recovered from both incidents. Couldn’t have done it without them.

We had a pipe leak in our crawlspace. After the leak was stopped, Servpro came out the same day to start the drying process. Oger and his team -Juan, Daniel, Angel, and Josue- were polite, professional, kept us informed, and answered all of our questions throughout the process. We would highly recommend this team to anyone needing their services.

We had a great experience with Servpro, they were very efficient and did a great job communicating what they were doing each day and when they would be back. Someone would call me each day to let me know the time which I appreciate. They always came when they said as well. Water damage is frustrating and they made it easier. A very professional team...in the field and in the office. In the field, the team of Oger, Juan, Daniel, Angel, Josue, Frankly, David, Neil, Desmond, Alan, Eva, Yanery, Mari, Mayra, Maya and Jessica made a bad situation good! Your group that came to assess our storm damage and pack up the contents of our cabin were extremely professional and worked especially hard and carefully to pack each item including the furniture.
