These people are great! We had a water leak from the ice maker. They came in the same day to mitigate the water, provide clear options and direction, and minimize the stress. They have the resources to manage these types of projects from cradle to grave. Honest, knowledgeable and timely, they have stayed in constant contact throughout the project. They packed out everything from the first floor and managed the furniture as if it were their own. We chose the company that laid the original floors to refinish the hardwood floors. While we were out of town, the flooring technicians ran into a problem. Randy (SERVPRO project manager) came by and managed the issue and resolved the problem, even though it was not his crew!! The SERVPRO of Union County team was great! We had a toilet leak that caused subfloor damage and mold. They came out immediately to provide a quote which was very reasonable. Their team came back a couple days later to start the drying and remediation process. The technicians (Oger, Jason, Robert and Sierra) were all super helpful and courteous. They even sent someone out each day to check the moisture level to determine when the drying units could be removed. Great customer service!
