These people are great! We had a water leak from the ice maker. They came in the same day to mitigate the water, provide clear options and direction, and minimize the stress. They have the resources to manage these types of projects from cradle to grave. Honest, knowledgeable and timely, they have stayed in constant contact throughout the project. They packed out everything from the first floor and managed the furniture as if it were their own. We chose the company that laid the original floors to refinish the hardwood floors. While we were out of town, the flooring technicians ran into a problem. Randy (SERVPRO project manager) came by and managed the issue and resolved the problem, even though it was not his crew!!
