It’s the end of business on Friday when people are usually clocking out for the day and the weekend, but I was blessed that Jamel instead of going home decided that he would come to my house to assist with my water problem. Who does that but a person who truly is in the business of helping their customers at a time that is so stressful for them. Jamel was professional, attentive, reassuring and took full control of my issue. Serv Pro has done a great job with water mitigation. Steven and Felipe were here for several hours yesterday. They were very respectful of me and my home.
