Meet Our Team

Winston Sheppard is the Marketing Manager at SERVPRO of North Central Mecklenburg County. He is very dependable and has a strong work ethic and great customer service skills. Winston is knowledgeable about sales, production and in-office task. He is responsible for completing Emergency READY Profiles (ERP), setting up continuing education classes (CE) for local insurance agents and responding to our customers' needs. He also has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Oder Control, Fire & Smoke Restoration, Water Damage Restoration. Winston has expanded our franchise footprint since 2016 and is involved in the Mason Lodge Charity. He is a MARA baseball coach, is a member of the Mason Lodge, Gentlemen's Club, Blue Goose, Charlotte Restorers, and is also the Spark Golf League commissioner. Of course, Winston loves playing a round of golf.

Terrill is a force as a Mitigation Technician at SERVPRO of North Central Mecklenburg County. His job knowledge and skills provide exceptional cleanup and restoration outcomes. Our clients' expectations are always met when Terrill is on the job. He has over ten years experience in the construction and restoration industries and has been a team member since 2019. Terrill lives in Charlotte and enjoys cooking and being a father to his three boys and a daughter.

Robert is a Production Technician at SERVPRO of North Central Mecklenburg County. His strong mitigation skills make him a valuable team member. He has been with us since 2019 though he has five years experience as a technician and field supervisor. He has training from Jim Pearson's in house certifications in trauma, mold, flood, HVAC cleaning, and insulation removal. He has several years experience in remodeling rentals. Robert likes building weird things, then throwing them away. He enjoys studying psychology, reading, writing fiction, and competitive shooting. Robert keeps busy.

Michael is a Mitigation Technician at SERVPRO of North Central Mecklenburg County. He is a team player since 2019 and is always willing to help--both our crews and our customers. He has certification as a WRT and continues his training. Michael is an asset to our franchise. He lives in Charlotte and is involved with Toys for Tots and enjoys spending time with his family and playing with his dog.

Jeff is the Reconstruction Supervisor at our SERVPRO of North Central Mecklenburg County franchise. He is a valuable member of our build back crew. Attention to detail, neat job site and satisfied customers are high on Jeff's list. He has 30 plus years in the construction and restoration business and has been a team member since 2016. Jeff plays music at multiple fundraisers every year and finds time for camping and hiking. He lives in Mooresville, NC with his wife Janet and their two children Xavier and Dax.

Kevin is a Production Technician at our SERVPRO of North Central Mecklenburg County franchise since 2019. He brings enthusiasm and a great work ethic to the job, each and every day. Kevin strives to keep our customers informed and satisfied with the results of our restoration efforts. He is in the Hero Ready and On-Line Training Programs. He is new to our area and lives in Kannapolis. Kevin was in the US Army and served three years. He likes to cook, sports, and playing with his dogs.
