As I rely heavily on reviews from those who have had personal experience with a company or place, I always try to add my own reviews, whether they be excellent, horrible, or in between. I am very pleased with the extraordinary service I received from SERVPRO after an incident at our home. The experience involved cleanup, moving my large in-home office to a makeshift office, moving the contents of that space into a pod for major repairs, and then putting it all back together again. I am pleasantly surprised by Servpro's consistently good attitude, care, kindness, timeliness, good communication, and workmanship from start to finish. It has been a very long time since I have dealt with a company with this kind of integrity. I really wanted my own contractor to do my repairs, but he was booked until the end of the year. He had only good things to say about Servpro based on his own experience. I want to give a big shout-out to Darryl and his cleanup and moving crew. Thanks to Ashley, who had a keen eye, identified the necessary repairs, and coordinated everything with our insurance company. A HUGE thanks to Nathan, our project manager, who showed up, orchestrated all the work in succinct order, coordinated all the fine details with the workers, and, most importantly, communicated exceedingly well with me throughout the project, including following up the day after all was complete to be sure nothing had been left undone.

Dave Rivera, technician working with us at Lexington Home Brand is great to work with. He is also extremely polite and courteous.
