Kelly has worked with us since 2016. Previously serving in our fire department, she now plays a large role in accounts payable. She helps ensure all of our contractors and partners are paid!

Dispatcher
Carla has worked with SERVPRO since 2013, and she has worked in different areas of the franchise. As a dispatcher, she handles and redirects jobs as they come in, but she also assists with other office tasks.

Mike has been one of our Business Development Reps since 2017. He meets with customers and local leaders in the community to ensure their needs are met. Prior to working here, he owned a car dealership and was even a sales/marketing representative for the Morganton Herald.

Sara joined our team in 2019, though she has an extensive background in community involvement. She works with local events and professionals to spread the word about our services!

James Nagy
Marketing Coordinator
James started with us in 2017. He manages everything from our company videos to our social media to this website. Before he joined, James worked as the marketing manager for a security company.

John joined our team in 2019. As our logistics supervisor, he manages the logistics within our contents department. He ensures customers' affected items are transported back to our warehouse to be cleaned and stored.

After joining our team in 2017, Adam has gone through SERVPRO's rigorous training and certifications process. He started as a crew chief, but he's now one of our production managers for the water department.

Victor joined our team in 2016, and he has gone through rigorous training and certifications. He was crew chief for a couple of years before becoming on of the production managers for our water department!

Beth has worked with us since 2013. She has served multiple roles during her tenure, but she currently works in our repair to help customers restore their home or business after they have a disaster.

Clinica has been with us since 2011. As an estimator, she scopes out jobs and calculates an estimate for the total cost of our services. She is certified and highly trained!

John has worked with us since 2016, after leaving a career as an insurance adjuster. As an estimator, he scopes out damaged properties and calculates an estimate for the necessary services.

When my washer was leaking in my laundry room and the warm dryer air mixed with it the mold took over a small area of my wall. Our Story
Hi, we’re Kim and Randy Williams, the proud owners of SERVPRO of Catawba County West.
Having been in the cleanup and restoration industry since 1992, we decided to open a SERVPRO franchise that served Alexander and Caldwell Counties in 2009, just after the recession hit. While it was a slow start, we took every job and treated our customers with empathy and respect. Our success led to our acquisition of Burke County in 2011 and the two franchises in Catawba County in 2015. Today, we have over 50 employees and operate four franchises that serve Alexander, Burke, Caldwell, and Catawba counties.
We pride ourselves in our customer service and will not consider a job complete until the customer is fully satisfied. We are here to help and make any size disaster “Like it never even happened.”

This simple concept has driven our growth and we believe will continue to do so for years. All of our employees are uniformed, energetic, and ready to respond to emergencies. We are also a Clean Trust (IICRC) Certified Firm, and all of our Crew Chiefs are Certified Technicians!
Our employees take to the streets 24/7/365 to meet the disaster restoration needs of our customers. Because we are part of a nationwide system of qualified franchises, no damage is too large or too small for our team of heroes!
Our Services
Restoring property is our first priority. We offer a wide range of services to our communities with a 98% satisfaction rate from surveys conducted with our customers. Our local services include, but are not limited to: commercial and residential fire, smoke and soot damage, water restoration, mold mitigation and remediation, biohazard cleanup, deodorizing and much more.
In the last few years, we have performed fire damage cleanup and restoration and/or water damage mitigation for Lees-McRae College in Banner Elk, Bethlehem Baptist Church, Valley Hills Mall, South Park Mall-Charlotte, Hildebran town hall and Bernhardt Furniture in Lenoir.
We are also certified as an LLRT (large loss restoration team) through SERVPRO corporate and have deployed teams to disasters such as Superstorm Sandy, the floods of Chicago and the recent devastation of eastern North Carolina by Hurricane Florence.
We are a preferred vendor for large insurance companies and participate by invitation in structured vendor programs and contracts.
Our State-of-the-Art Equipment
We operate an on-site textile cleaning facility and warehouse for recovering damaged items from fire and smoke damage. The cleaning room has commercial washers, dryers, and an Esporta cleaning system (capable or restoring over 85% of items previously considered non-restorable).
We also have ultrasonic equipment, an ozone room and a heated drying chamber to properly dry materials. The ultrasonic allows us to clean items that previously would have been claimed unsalvageable!
Community Involvement
We serve our community beyond our cleanup and restoration services; we encourage our employees to become involved in community activities and groups. We are active participants in community events such as the NC Fire and Safety Bowl competition, local festivals and parades. We support and participate in local causes that benefit schools, first responders and charitable community organizations such as the Wig Bank, Robins Next, Helping Hands Clinic, Communities in Schools, Hospice, Shelter Homes and more.
We also strive to educate our clients and customers through CE classes offered quarterly at no cost, as well as “lunch and learns” periodically to increase knowledge of services offered.
