The mitigation crew, overseen by Domenic did a terrific job. From the early stages of the drying out process to the pack out and pack back, everything was done when promised. We appreciated how well Dominic kept the lines of communication open.

I want to share my thanks and appreciation and give a shout out to the SERVPRO Brunswick team for their fast response and friendly, professional service and support in dealing with a recent home water incident. Fortunately, it was relatively minor, and the fast response and follow up from the SERVPRO team was critical to limiting and mitigating the damage/loss. John has great technical skills and also great people skills, especially in time of crisis! We came home to a large leak around hot water heater and the surrounding ceiling and walls dripping wet. ServPro responded immediately and sent out Brandon and Sam. Dominic and team was wonderful. They were professional, kind and understanding. A contractor remodeled my bathroom and didn't connect the sewer lines under the house. For nine months, sewer was draining to the ground under my house. My home became deadly and I had to move. I appreciate the kindness and compassion that Dominic displayed over my situation. He was kind enough to reduce my bill. I'm thankful for Dominic and his team and would recommend them to anyone!!!!
