At SERVPRO of Brunswick and South Columbus counties, we understand the disruptions, anxiety, and remorse that follows a fire or water damage incident. Thompson, is a member of the community here in Brunswick and South Columbus counties both in normal times and during emergencies. Found some mold in our crawlspace. SERVPRO was able to clean and disinfect for us. They even referred to a company that could help condition our crawlspace to avoid issues in the future.
I'm glad I paid attention to the SERVPRO commercials on TV. When our plumbing accident occurred on a Saturday, we immediately called SERVPRO. They were responsive, fast and professional. The experience was certainly disruptive, but the crews of clean-up experts, movers, flooring installers and painters were beyond expectation. They all helped make a bad situation more bearable, and when they were done it was just like the slogan says...."Like it never even happened."
AC unit leaked from attic down through ceiling on two levels. Stressful to say the least. SERVPRO was there to help get things cleaned up and dry. Their crew helped keep us calm and guided us throughout the process. Thank you all again!
SERVPRO did a great job when we had a slow plumbing leak that caused extensive damage. They did the remediation (and mold treatment) as well as coordinated the repairs from the water leak (sheetrock, carpeting, trim carpentry, and painting). They laid out a schedule and managed to it. Quality of the work was very good and the crews were on time and courteous.
