Tommy is a Licensed Adjuster, the liaison with the many insurance companies we deal with for cleanup and repairs. He is IICRC water and ASD certified. Tommy is also certified in Lead-based paint activities and renovations--RRRP.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received from ServePro. From the very beginning with loss mitigation all the way through repairs. Everyone was very kind, patient and understanding. They walked us through the timelines expectations and everything needed to complete the task. I was expecting red tape, long waits, no call backs etc. we got none of that. They made our problem their problem. Going through any loss and damage to your home is stressful. But the team at Servepro made it stress free even helping with insurance and billing. Couldn’t be happier and we will definitely use them again if we ever need any kind of loss mitigation and repairs. I needed help, fast. They came out the next morning to do an estimate and then the very next day they were there to clean. "Like it never even happened" is the perfect slogan for these guys.
Dried and cleaned bathroom, hallways and other rooms that had flooded from an overflow bathtub. Excellent job. Repainted a bedroom.
After calling Servpro about potential mold issues after a small leak in a bathroom, Dominic Donato was at our home within the hour. After taking several tests for moisture in the walls . It was found to be clear of any moisture and potential mold. Glad we called and appreciate Dominic honest evaluation.
I am in the middle of the process with Servpro. I had a blockage in the main sewer line. Water wouldn’t drain when I was in the shower. I got out to find my bathroom flooded and water coming out from under the toilet (weird). Gino, Brandon and Jack arrived and quickly got to work. They were very polite and friendly to me answering all my questions and they worked together so smoothly. Everything was explained to me as they went along. A containment zone was created to keep dust out of the rest of the house. It’s a process! These fans, air purifiers and dehumidifier’s are very loud! I would suggest this team to anyone!
