I just wanted to express my thanks for the prompt, courteous service of your Great Falls crew. This is the second time we have utilized SERVPRO. We were very happy with the quality and promptness of the service. When we recently purchased a new washer and dryer a sensor on the dryer kept indicating the vent was clogged. I tried to clean it out myself, but was unable to properly do so. SERVPRO solved the problem.
Recalling our HVAC vent cleaning a few months earlier, I called your office and someone arrived to our home within an hour. We scheduled the service for the next day. The crew showed up on time and were extremely thorough. The amount of clogged junk that came out of the system was amazing. The crew did a great job cleaning everything and reattaching the two deck boards they had to remove to access the vent outlet.
