I wanted to say thank you to SERVPRO for coming out to my house after hours to help me with a water damage. I came home from a trip to my basement completely flooded. My hot water heater failed which caused about 3 inches of water in the basement. My Husband and I spend winters in Arizona. Upon checking our home on the evening of February 7, 2014, our son discovered that our pipes had froze during the -40 deep freeze the night before and in the thaw had flooded our entire basement, garage and a bedroom/bath upstairs. Our insurance provider Safeco called SERVPRO in Helena. SERVPRO arrived onsite the same night and started work. They not only had water to deal with but a couple inches of ice in the attached garage. When we arrived home they already had restoration progressing with carpets torn out, drywall cut out and drying equipment going. The crew were very responsive to our needs, supportive and professional. They were in and out checking the progress of the drying for 7 days. We have had no problem with mold because of their quick response and up-to date equipment. I would have no compunction in calling on SERVPRO again and would urge you to call them if ever in need of a restoration specialist.
