Brandon Franklin
General Manager
Brandon joined the SERVPRO family in 2017 as a Production Manager. Over the years he has acquired extensive experience and training in the restoration industry and is now the General Manager. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT-Water Restoration Technician, ASD-Applied Structural Drying, and AMRT-Applied Microbial Remediation Technician.
Justin Eldridge
Production Manager
Justin joined the SERVPRO Family in 2017 as a Crew Chief. With his hard work and dedication Justin worked his way up to a Production Manager. He has significant experience in both the restoration and construction industries. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT (Water Restoration Technician) , OCT (Order Control Technician) and CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician), AMRT (Applied Microbial Remediation Technician), FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician). He also has his Project Contractor/Supervisor Certificate for Asbestos.
Jesse Davis
Production Manager
Jesse joined our SERVPRO team in 2017. Over the years Jesse has acquired extensive experience and training in the restoration industry. He has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): WRT (Water Restoration Technician), OCT (Order Control Technician), and CCT (Carpet Cleaning Technician). He also has his Project Contractor/Supervisor Certificate for Asbestos.
Josh Forrest
Josh is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls. He joined our SERVPRO family in 2019 as a Technician, and his dedication and dependability helped him quickly earn the position of Crew Chief. His continued hard work helped him attain the position of Production Manager in Great Falls. He has the WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), as well as a Montana Contractor/Supervisor Certificate for Asbestos Abatement.
Stephanie Coggle
Stephanie brought many years of management experience, an outstanding work ethic, and an upbeat, positive energy with her, as she is now our Office Manager. Her passion for team building and continuous improvement in every aspect of her work is an asset to our team and our customers. Stephanie has helped to make our team even more robust than it was.
Nathan Meyerhoff
Crew Chief
Nathan joined our team in 2018 as a Technician. With his strong work ethic and positive, can-do attitude, he quickly moved into the Crew Chief position in Great Falls. He has a broad range of restoration and mitigation experience. He has the WRT (Water Restoration Technician) Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC), as well as the Project Contractor/Supervisor Certificate for Asbestos.
Tina Johnson
Contents Manager
Tina joined our SERVPRO team in early 2019 as a Technician. Her attention to detail combined with her cleaning experience helped her become our Contents Manager. She has the FSRT (Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician) Certification from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) as well as a Technician Certification from Esporta. She and her team are meticulous in the restoration of contents that have been exposed to fire, water, and/or mold.
JR Pike
JR joined our team as a Technician in 2022 and quickly developed into a great Crew Chief due to his tireless work ethic and desire to learn. He has his Montana Contractor/Supervisor certificate for asbestos abatement.
Shawn Moyer
Shawn joined our team in early 2021 as a Technician. His desire to learn, coupled with hard work and excellent customer service, elevated him to the position of Crew Chief. He has his Montana Contractor/Supervisor certificate for asbestos abatement. Shawn is also certified by the IICRC as a WRT--water damage restoration technician.
Richard Austin
Richard joined SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls in 2020 as a Technician. His strong work ethic and exceptional ability to learn quickly helped him become a Crew Chief in 2021. He has his Montana Contractor/Supervisor certificate for asbestos abatement.
Bobbi Jo Sutherlin
Bobbi Jo joined our SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls in 2023 in the contents cleaning niche. She works diligently to restore and salvage our customers' priceless possessions and keepsakes. Her attention to detail following water and fire damage makes our customers feel "Like it never even happened." Bobbi Jo is now a Crew Chief.
Dyron Sampson
Dyron was initially hired as a Technician at SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls in 2023. His strong work ethic, cheerful demeanor, and focus on our customers' needs have elevated him to a Crew Chief position where his impact is even more significant. Dyron has earned his Montana Contractor/Supervisor certification for asbestos abatement.
Phillip Ware
Phillip is now a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls after joining our team as a Technician in 2021. His cheerful nature and strong work ethic, combined with his excellent customer service skills, make him an important team member.
Rachael Horner
Rachael, being a great humanitarian, is a vital 2023 addition to our office staff. She goes the extra mile to assist our entire SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls team with enthusiasm and great results.
Tony Murphy
Tony joined our SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls team as a Production Technician in 2022. His organizational skills and thoroughness in every aspect of his work have earned him a Crew Chief position. I just wanted to express my thanks for the prompt, courteous service of your Great Falls crew. This is the second time we have utilized SERVPRO. We were very happy with the quality and promptness of the service. When we recently purchased a new washer and dryer a sensor on the dryer kept indicating the vent was clogged. I tried to clean it out myself, but was unable to properly do so. SERVPRO solved the problem.
Recalling our HVAC vent cleaning a few months earlier, I called your office and someone arrived to our home within an hour. We scheduled the service for the next day. The crew showed up on time and were extremely thorough. The amount of clogged junk that came out of the system was amazing. The crew did a great job cleaning everything and reattaching the two deck boards they had to remove to access the vent outlet.
I will not hesitate to recommend SERVPRO in the future. All in all-a great experience from a very professional crew.
