We at SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake hope you had an amazing 2018 and wish for an even better 2019. This past year our Large Loss Division grew in experience and hope and we wanted to share that with you. Not only do we look forward to working with you in 2019, we hope that you will call us during any size STORM event. We recognize STORM events come with much needed experience and organization and we want you to know that we at SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake strive to grow and improve daily in both of those. Greg and J were great! Very thorough and proactive. Greg was extremely proactive regarding certain things he felt needed to be done and made sure they got approval to have them done same day. Very thankful! Moe and his partner were also very helpful with explaining things while they were here on the initial day setting up.
The SERVPRO team made a horrible experience just a little bit better! Greg and Derome were very professional, they showed up quickly and got to work right away! They always called before they came and showed up on time! Thank you Greg and Derome!
SERVPRO did a great job from start to finish! They came out the same day we had water damage in our house and got us fixed up! Greg and Quan were very professional and worked hard to get our house dry!
Greg, Damion and Quan showed up within a few hours of my call. They got equipment placed quickly to start the drying process after I flooded the laundry room. They were prompt and courteous on their daily checks. Three days later, my laundry room is dry, and back to normal, thank goodness. I am both happy to have their dryers out of the house and knowing there is not a potential mold issue.

About Us
SERVPRO of Southaven & Horn Lake was established in 1992 to service the local community’s restoration needs. When the company was founded, it was built on principles: hard work, proper training, and customer service. Without these fundamental principles, we would not have been able to provide almost 30 years of service to our Mississippi community. As of October 2018, William Love, Jim Metteauer, and Taylor Rosson purchased the franchise from a long-standing SERVPRO operator. Growing up on the Mississippi coast, William and Taylor lived through Hurricane Katrina and experienced major water damages. We understand what it is like to go through these trying times. Should you experience a loss at your home or property, we would be honored to assist in your restoration needs.
