Kevin and Matt are the Owners. Because disasters don’t just strike between 9 to 5. SERVPRO is here 24 hours a day to help you put your home or business back to pre loss condition. We are here to walk you through the most difficult disasters from catastrophic storm damage such as flooding or hurricane water damage to residential and commercial water and fire damages.

With a commitment to quality restoration, Steve Burgdorf fills the General Manager role at SERVPRO of St. Louis County Northwest and oversees all daily operations. He ensures efficient water extraction, drying, and moisture remediation services are delivered across St. Louis County Northwest. Steve meticulously manages project timelines and resources, guaranteeing that every job adheres to the highest industry standards. His leadership ensures local businesses and residents receive prompt, effective restoration solutions. This dedication provides the professionalism that SERVPRO customers count on during their most stressful moments.

Adam is our Facilities Manager here at SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW. He's been a great addition to our team since 2015.

Adrian works with our mitigation team at SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW! He has been a part of this team since 2015!

Alex is our Crew Chief! He has been a part of our team since 2018.

Antwan is a Crew Chief for SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW. He has been on our team since 2022!

Brian is in apart of the Reconstruction Team here at SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW! He has been on our team since 2021.

One of our Crew Chiefs is none other than Chris! He just had his three year anniversary at SERVPRO!

Christina works on our reconstruction team. She's been working at SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW for a little over a year now!

Meet Cody! He is a apart of our Mitigation Team! He's been on our team since 2014.

Dan Burgdorf is the project manager for our Disaster Response Team. When major losses occur, Dan is always ready to travel at a drop of a hat!

Donna is our Human Resources Manager. We've been lucky enough to have her on our team since September 2022.

Drew is one of our amazing Crew Chiefs! He's been on the team for a little over two years now.

Eddie is a great Crew Chief here at SERVPRO! He's been on our team since May 2021.

Eduardo plays a role in our mitigation team. He started with SERVPRO at the beginning of 2023.

Gerard Schmidt is a part of our Sales and Marketing team! He's been on our team since 2018.

Hannah is an amazing Crew Chief! She's been on our team since August 2021.

Jason is a part of our Marketing team at SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW. He's been a part of our team since December 2022.

Jorge is on our mitigation team! He has been working hard for our team since January 2023.

Our Facility and Operations Coordinator is none other than Lonnie! He's been working on our team since 2021.

Bader is the Construction Project Manager here at SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW. He loves being there to help people in our community in their time of need.

Melissa Andersson is our Job File Coordinator! She's been working for our team since 2021.

Ronnie is a Sales and Marketing Rep here at SERVPRO of St. Louis County NW! He's been with us for 2 years, since 2021.

Tim is our Controller here at SERVPRO! He's been working for us since 2016.

This is Tommy Champ; he is apart of our Miitgation Team here at SERVPRO! He's been with our team since 2021.

Michael is our Recon Project Manager here at SERVPRO. Michael oversees the reconstruction process, making sure homes and businesses are restored efficiently and with attention to detail. Brandon keeps our Reconstruction Team organized and running smoothly. From coordinating projects to supporting the crew, he helps ensure every job stays on track and meets our high standards.

Roberto is a skilled member of our Mitigation Team, tackling water, fire, and mold damage with efficiency. He’s always ready to jump in and help, making sure every job is handled with care.

Randall is always ready to take on tough jobs, bringing a strong work ethic and a customer-first approach to mitigation. His goal is to restore properties quickly and efficiently.

Ryan oversees our janitorial operations, ensuring every space is clean and well-maintained. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help keep businesses looking their best.

Devin oversees reconstruction projects, making sure repairs are completed with precision and care. His leadership and hands-on experience help bring damaged properties back to life.
