Just finished up a restoration project with Servpro related to a pipe leak in a movie room we have in our lower level. The whole team did a great job and I particularly appreciated all of the communication everyday throughout the whole project. The project started with Mary who sent out Jess and Josh to assess the work that needs to be done. That was followed up with excellent work by Joe, Jose and Rafael. From there daily monitoring and great daily communication of status as provided by Jess, Christian and the other Josh. Again thank you to the entire team that helped us.
