Had a sump pump failure. These guys came out within a very short time after calling and got to work to remove the water, damaged carpet, and start on drying everything out. Everyone was professional, very nice, answered all questions. Hope to never need their services again, but if we do we'll be calling them.

When you are more than 500 miles away from home and your finished basement floods, one can feel as if they are cornered, have no choices, and will be taken advantage of during the resolution; however, that was NOT the case with SERVPRO of Blue Springs, MO!! My gigantic problem was treated as a top priority job as if it was their own home.
