I used servepro on a water line bust that flooded my basement. They did their best to minimize the water damage and made sire there was no more mold growth. They were very attentive to detail professional and great communication. On the move out and move in they treated my belongings with care. waterside was Tyler and Avery and Charles the Content side was Johnathan Alyssa and Juanita. I also had to reach out to Tandi on a few occasions for questions and details. I would not use anyone else for this type of work. Thanks!

The crew, Khali, Ty, and Chandler were very professional and the job was completed exactly as it should. Tandi, the supervisor completed the walk thru with me after the service was completed and we were very happy with the service.

Our campgrounds had a unexpected disaster when our caretakers moved out unannounced. It looked as though they never cleanedthe house for the year they lived there. To make it worse they smoked in the house not just cigarettes but other drugs. I cleaned with the solutions at hand, it was better but the smell just would not leave! I contacted Tandi and she came gave an estimate, explained that they could get rid of the smell. We had new caretakers coming at the end of the month and needed to make the house a home. Shanodi and Ray came right on time and worked cleaning everything, when I came back to check on the house, I could smell the most wonderful smell outside before even going in! And once in the place shined. They then hooked up the ozone machine that took the air out of the house leaving only clean smelling place. I would highly recommend ServPro services! So glad to open the door to our new caretakers!

Servpro of Carthage Missouri split the work on my house with Servpro of Fort Lauderdale. Both Servpro were here in Indiana after the storms we had and the flooding that took place. I was very pleased with the efficiency of their work and the way they represented themself and their company. I would definitely use their service again.

Avery, Johnathan and Charlie we all very knowledgeable and awesome at letting me know what they werre doing in my house. Really made me with comfortable with this horrible situation. 5 stars all around.

Serv Pro of Joplin & Carthage did a great job for us. They responded late at night to our house for a bad water leak that involved multiple rooms upstairs and down into our basement. All of the crew that helped us out for the week was very courteous and professional. They did a great job communicating and helping work thru the process. Saved my basement and didn’t screw me on the price. Couldn’t recommend more. Charles and Barbara were great!
