Meet Mike Stahler, Owner at SERVPRO of Rochester. With a background in engineering and extensive experience in home inspecting and business ownership, Mike brings a wealth of knowledge to his role. His dedication to his community and team is truly inspiring. Outside of work, Mike cherishes moments at his cabin with his wife and children, indulging in his hobbies of fishing and hunting.

Meet Stacy, General Manager, born and raised in Rochester, MN, I’ve always believed in hard work, compassion, and community. After graduating from Mayo High School, I attended Rochester Cosmetology School and Rochester Community College. In 2002, what started as a temporary fill-in for a client’s disaster restoration business quickly turned into a lifelong passion. I discovered not just a career, but a calling—to help people through some of the most difficult times in their lives with empathy and care. Today, I’m proud to serve as General Manager at SERVPRO®;, where I bring over two decades of hands-on experience and a deep commitment to excellence, service, and teamwork. Outside of work, my greatest joy comes from my family. With my husband, Mye, we raised two strong daughters, Justice and Acacia, who have given us four incredible grandchildren—our "Royals": Tatum, Chuor, Acira, and Amira. In my free time, I love traveling, reading, watching reality TV (guilt-free!), and spending time with my grandkids. I also moonlight with the Elks Gambling team, hosting bingo events around Rochester—a little extra fun to balance my professional life. Work has always been a core part of my identity and self-fulfillment. But more than that, it’s about making a difference—with heart.

Ryan Laudon serves as the Director of Business Development at SERVPRO of Rochester, bringing over 20 years of experience in customer service, sales, and leadership. Known for his strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for people, Ryan excels at building meaningful connections within the community and fostering long-lasting relationships.

Throughout his career, Ryan has demonstrated a consistent commitment to excellence, helping organizations grow through strategic outreach and client-focused solutions. His approachable nature and dedication to service make him a valued leader both in the workplace and in the Rochester community.

Outside of work, Ryan enjoys spending quality time with his two daughters, golfing, fishing, and making memories with family and friends.

Meet our dedicated Operations Manager, Nate, a valuable member of our SERVPRO franchise team since October 2022. With a strong foundation built on five years of active duty military service and a continued commitment to the Minnesota Army National Guard, Nate brings unwavering discipline and precision to every project. Armed with skills honed through completion of the Carpentry Program at RCTC, Nate has a keen eye for detail and a passion for craftsmanship. Prior to joining us, Nate gained valuable experience as a trim carpenter, ensuring that his work is not just about construction but about creating spaces that exceed expectations. With Nate at the helm, our construction projects are in the capable hands of a true professional dedicated to excellence and serving our community.

Meet Jenae Thomas, Office Manager. A recent graduate of the RCTC Executive Professional AAS program, Jenae brings a decade of diverse customer service experience to our team. With her extensive background and enthusiastic approach, she's excited to contribute her skills and dedication to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Meet Brian LaBare, our Construction Manager with over 25+ years of experience in the field. Brian's customer-centric approach ensures exceptional service delivery daily. Outside work, Brian enjoys spending time on the river with his loved ones.

Bryce Van Schepen is an experienced Business Development Rep with a strong passion for helping people. With a background in both sales and restoration, Bryce combines his expertise to provide exceptional service to clients. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, staying active through workouts, snowmobiling, and hunting. Bryce's dedication to his work and his personal interests reflects his commitment to excellence in all areas of life.

John is a Project Manager that brings over a decade of expertise in disaster restoration to SERVPRO. With a profound understanding of the industry, John excels in leading our restoration projects from initial assessment to the final walk-through, ensuring precision and quality.

John's journey in disaster restoration began back in 2012, driven by his passion for helping communities recover from natural disasters and accidents. As Production Manager, he leads our team with unwavering dedication and extensive knowledge, guaranteeing exceptional results.

Outside of work, John enjoys spending time with his family and daughter. With John’s wealth of experience and leadership, SERVPRO continues to provide top-tier disaster recovery services, helping communities rebuild and thrive after a disaster.

Daniel "Dan" Cruz is an experienced project manager with 8-10 years of expertise in the restoration industry. Known for his leadership and organizational skills, Dan excels at managing projects from start to finish, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. When he's not overseeing his crew, Dan enjoys spending quality time with his wife and kids, balancing his professional commitment with a deep dedication to his family. His experience, reliability, and family-oriented values make him an essential part of the team.

Colin is a dedicated Project Manager at SERVPRO®; of Rochester, bringing over four years of experience in mitigation. With a background as a plumber in Chicago for four years, Colin has honed his skills in problem-solving and project management. He holds both WTR and ASD certifications and has successfully managed many large losses. Outside of work, Colin enjoys staying active with hobbies such as semi-pro paintball, rollerblading, and hanging out with his dog.

Dom Smith is the Restoration Supervisor at SERVPRO®; of Rochester, bringing three years of restoration experience and two years of project management expertise to the team. Dom is known for his leadership, attention to detail, and dedication to guiding projects from start to finish with efficiency and care. When he's not leading restoration efforts, Dom enjoys trail riding, fishing, and camping—making the most of his time outdoors.

Meet our dedicated Crew Lead, Mark , an integral part of our SERVPRO franchise since December 2022. With a solid year and a half of experience in the industry, Mark brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. Holding a WRT certificate, he has demonstrated his commitment to excellence in handling water-related challenges. His leadership skills shine through as he guides our crew, ensuring efficient and effective restoration services.
